Vent & AC
- Supply and installation of Daikin VRF Heat Recovery Air Conditioning comprising 16 indoor units connecting to external mounted condensing and Altherma units.
- Controls and associated Interfaces.
- Packaged Daikin Heat Recovery Ventilation AHU to basement comprising supply & extract fans, plate heat exchanger, filters and LPHW heating coil.
- Independent toilet extract fans.
- Secondary ductwork, grilles and thermal insulation associated with AC systems.
- Acoustic louver to condensers.
- Wine cellar AC system.
- Testing & commissioning.
Plumbing
- Supply and install multiple wall mounted condensing boilers, flue and associated plantroom pipework including pipe headers, valves, circulation pumps, pressurisation unit, dosing pot and expansion vessels.
- Install LTHW pipework distribution.
- Supply & install LPHW Underfloor Heating system designed for installation under screeded floors and comprising 6 Manifold assemblies with associated pumps, valves and TMV’s.
- Domestic hot & cold water services mains pressure 600L Cylinder, packaged booster set and 650L break Tank
- Install H&CWS services pipework.
- Above Ground Cast Iron drainage pipework
- Gas supply to boiler & kitchen
- Thermal insulation to pipework services.
- Heavy duty Tapworks water softener.
- Installation of sanitary ware.
- Controls installation for boilers, pumps etc.
- Flushing, water treatment and chlorination of water services.
- Testing & commissioning.
Electrical
- Mains Distribution, sub mains wiring comprising 6 Way MCCB panel board and sub main supplies to 5 distribution boards.
- Mechanical services power supplies to all mechanical equipment and control panels.
- Wiring and installation of free issued lighting.
- Crestron lighting control systems cabling.
- Fire Alarm installation comprising 2 loop addressable panel, heat, smoke and sounders throughout including interface units to lift, plantroom and intruder alarm.
- AV and data installation wiring to outlets from central hub location.
- All new small power wiring.
